Depending on the destination and logistical constraints, we work with several leading international carriers:

The majority of our packages are entrusted to FedEx Express, our main logistics partner.
However, depending on the destination country, the time of year, or certain transport requirements, your order may be shipped via DHL Express or UPS Express. This procedure is perfectly normal and always guarantees fast and secure delivery service.
Shipping Fees
International shipping fees start from 24 EUR.
The exact cost of delivery is automatically calculated based on your country and the total weight of your order.
The final amount will be communicated to you before you confirm your purchase.
Handcrafted Production and Order Preparation
Every product offered by BaboucheStyle is handcrafted after receiving your order.
We do not sell industrial mass-produced products or goods imported in large quantities.
Each creation is carefully made by several specialized artisans using traditional Moroccan craftsmanship methods.
In most cases, the manufacturing and preparation time varies between 1 and 8 working days.
Certain exceptional periods may lead to an additional delay of up to 20 working days, especially during:

Tracking Your Package
As soon as your order is shipped, an email containing your tracking number will be sent to you.
You will be able to track the progress of your package in real time until its final delivery.
Changing the Delivery Address
An address change is possible as long as your order has not yet been handed over to the carrier.
We can also change the destination country before shipping if necessary.
Once the package is shipped and the tracking number generated, no changes can be made.
We therefore encourage you to contact us as soon as possible in case of an error in the delivery information.
In Case of Additional Delays
If your order has not arrived after several days, it does not necessarily mean it is lost.
Since our products are handcrafted and processed individually, some exceptional delays may occasionally occur.
